Project Outreach Completed TMDLs in the Blackfoot River Watershed
Multiple metals, nutrients, sediment, and temperature TMDLs have been completed in the Blackfoot River watershed; most prior to 2013. For TMDL planning purposes, the Blackfoot River watershed was broken into four separate TMDL planning areas: Blackfoot Headwaters, Middle Blackfoot, Lower Blackfoot, and Nevada Creek (see map below). TMDLs completed to date (2013) are published in five separate documents, and are categorized below by their respective TMDL planning area. Tables of the TMDLs found in each document are included below and each document can be found on DEQ’s Final TMDL Documents webpage.
