Jefferson TMDL Project Area Draft Metals TMDL Document for Advisory Group Review
The draft "Jefferson River Metals Project Area TMDLs and Water Quality Improvement Plan" will be available for public comment beginning Tuesday, September 30, 2014 and will run until 5 p.m. Friday, October 31, 2014. The draft document and information on submitting comments will be available on DEQ's webpage at: http://deq.mt.gov/pubcom.mcpx. Copies of the document will also be available at the Butte, Twin Bridges, Whitehall, and Three Forks public libraries and at the Montana State Library in Helena. An informational public meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at the Community Center in Whitehall (11 North Division Street). Lou Volpe and Christina Staten will discuss the document and answer questions.
